Cross Country Looks to build on 2010 season. 
                On November 2nd, the boys and girls cross country league season came to an end at Strawberry Valley Golf Course in Abington. The race held at Strawberry Valley was for the South Shore League Championship. The top runner in the race for Abington was senior captain, John McKeon, with a time of 14:05.16. Kevin Bunszell placed 11th for the Green Wave with a time of 15:10.35. The boy’s team ended up coming in 3rd at the championship race, being beat by East Bridgewater in first and Norwell in second. In regular season meetings John McKeon was never beaten, he was a perfect 7 and 0. On the girls side the Green Wave was led by junior Liz Morgan finishing with a time of 17:41.81. The girl’s also finished in 3rd, while Norwell took the race. Both teams had a very successful league season ending with 5 wins and 2 losses.
